According to Musk, information about the number of likes can visually “clutter the content on the platform.”
He also noted that social network X expects to receive money transfer licenses in California and New York within a few months. Previously, Musk announced plans to integrate the ability to transfer money between users in X. However, for this feature to be available in the US, the company must obtain a license in every state.

Instead, X only showed the main image of the article and the domain, but did not present the content of the news. However, the developers later returned this feature.
