Video meetings have become part of everyday life for many employees. In a previous survey, we asked whether IT professionals prefer to turn on their webcam during online meetings. This month we evaluate the most important tool for an online meeting: software.

For many organizations, Microsoft Teams may seem like an obvious choice since, until recently, the platform was included with your Microsoft 365 subscription. But there are also good arguments for choosing Zoom, a platform where video conferencing is in its DNA. Or does your organization swear by Google and prefer Google Meet? In addition to these “big three”, there are many other small video meeting platforms. So there is no lack of choice.
