Last year, HP showed an important innovation in its printer range under the name Terrajet. In 2023, the new toner cartridges were initially only available for larger A3 laser printers. Now the printer manufacturer is bringing the new toner technology to more compact A4 printers for the first time.
What makes Terrajet so interesting? According to HP, the technology requires up to 27 percent less energy to print. The toner cartridge is also smaller, resulting in up to 28 percent less plastic. In addition, HP claims brighter colors and faster printing speeds, which should make the printers up to 18 percent faster.

With the new HP Color LaserJet Pro 3000 series, this technology is now celebrating its first appearance in A4 format. HP is launching two variants: the 3200 series (print) and the 3300 series (print/scan/copy).
Both support duplex printing and can print up to 26 pages per minute, regardless of color or black and white. When it comes to connectivity, you can choose between Gigabit Ethernet, USB or WLAN. The paper tray has space for 250 sheets. In total, the edition can contain up to 100 pages.
The new devices will be available in the US from May. HP is not yet communicating prices. It is not yet known when and at what price in euros the printers will come to Europe.
