The tests of Deringöz, the underwater autonomous vehicle developed by Aselsan, have been completed in Turkey.

The company said, “The first tests of the Deringöz diving system, which can be used for both military and civilian purposes, have been successfully completed.”
It was noted that the Deringöz autonomous underwater vehicle can be used in tasks such as underwater research, reconnaissance and surveillance, mine detection, pipeline inspection, port and offshore drilling, thanks to its high maneuverability, precise navigation capabilities, optical and sonar image transmission technologies. sole protection.
Deringöz submarine can operate at depths of up to 600 meters, reach a maximum speed of 5.5 knots and a scanning speed of 3 knots.
According to Ukrinform’s news, the design tests of two self-developed air-to-air missiles, Gökdoğan and Bozdoğan, were completed in Turkey in January this year.
