“Google Play Market is blocked in Russia. The message states that the authorities are ready to deprive all Android users of the ability to download any program to prevent them from downloading “Photon-2024”, which helps to choose candidates in the elections.
Navalny’s team also recommends using the Telegram bot @smartvotebot instead of the Photon-2024 app.
