Artificial intelligence will be at the forefront at the Google I/O 2024 conference. Following the launch of Google’s flagship artificial intelligence model Gemini and its simplified version Gemma, the company is keen to make progress in this field.

Earlier, Google CEO Sundar Pichai (Sundar Pichai) described the incident regarding the Gemini image generator as “completely unacceptable “. A critical look at these and previous flaws, including those in Google’s Bard presentation last year, underscores the importance of the reliability and accuracy of AI systems. At the conference, Google highlighted how its developments in AI are superior to those of Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic aims to demonstrate and provide leadership in the market.

Google I/O 2024 is expected to introduce new features of the Android 15 operating system and updates to the company’s key services such as Gmail and Google Photos, among others. Google might even announce a new Pixel 8A smartphone, like it did with the Pixel 7A at last year’s event. The innovation will most likely inherit some advanced AI features from the previous model and make AI technologies more accessible to a wide range of users.
