The length of the device is 30 centimeters, the width is 45 centimeters and the height is 20 centimeters.
The device itself is designed to withstand the take-off and landing impacts of the vehicle it carries, especially by fixing its pipes.
Additionally, the water electrolyzer is equipped with semiconductors that are resistant to radiation in space.
It is stated that research published in recent years shows that there is water on the moon.
Therefore, there are high hopes that when water is split into hydrogen and oxygen on the Moon, hydrogen can be used as fuel and oxygen as air, allowing humans to carry out long-duration missions on the surface of the Earth satellite.
Tokyo company Ispace is expected to deliver this water electrolyser to the moon starting this winter.
