This autonomy is due to the 1.5L transparent dust container, which catches dirt and allows you to observe the amount of collected waste, which gives me mixed feelings. It’s good to see everything he collects, but I don’t feel like constantly seeing all the dirt that has left the house, I don’t know if I understand myself… Although it’s true that it’s not very visible, because the tank is at a more accessible height for a pet than for a human.

The tank emptying system is also very simple, just remove it from the base and open the bottom door to let the contents fall out. One thing though is that if the tank is very full, the dirt can rise up and surround the engine (all cylindrical) and it will be more difficult to get it out, even if you have to use your hands. every last bit out.

Despite these minor inconveniences that we mentioned, this bagless self-emptying novelty is really a plus, which I personally find really positive when choosing between the huge range of robotic vacuum cleaners on the market. Also worth noting is the positive point it presents in terms of environmental impact, as we are not creating additional consumables.

I can safely say that it is the robot that overcomes obstacles the best out of all the ones I have tested. They claim to save up to 20mm of unevenness and we were able to verify that this is absolutely true.

Another problem is the carpets. It handles “firmer” obstacles very well, but often tends to push and bend carpets, especially thin ones, which can cause it to corner. Although it has a “carpet mode”, it is a theme that is not very polished. It will probably work much better for larger, thicker carpets that tend to bend less.

Eureka E10s has a special app from which you can control everything. From adjusting cleaning modes to scheduling jobs, everything can be managed from here. It’s a pretty striking app, especially at the design level. It’s completely different from those prefab apps, clones of each other that we’re used to, yet it’s simple and intuitive. Of course the Spanish translations need a good review, nothing that can’t be improved with updates. Of course, in addition to controlling applications, we find compatibility with voice assistants such as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
