Messenger developers are preparing to solve one of its long-standing problems – difficult work with users not added to the contact list. The beta version of the program already has a special feature designed to correct this shortcoming.

According to the WABetaInfo resource, in the latest beta version of WhatsApp for Android (v2.22.8.11), when you click on an unsaved contact, a window appears with several options. This allows you to quickly send a message or call your favorite contact, as well as add it to the phone book. Only the last two settings are available in the current programming.

According to insiders, the future innovation, together with the ability to send “heavy” files and the work already being tested to improve voice notes, may indicate the adaptation of the messenger for solving business tasks. The new feature is currently available to a limited number of beta users. The date of appearance of innovations in the release version of WhatsApp by the developers has not yet been confirmed.
