The Ministry of Public Security (MSP) of Costa Rica explained that The man, 31 years old, entered this country last Saturday. and was arrested at Juan Santamaria Airport on Tuesday while trying to board a flight to Mexico.
The man is “wanted by the Southern District of New York for associated with the distribution of illegal fentanyl, through an international network that operates in this North American country,” MSP explained.
