The launch of the Falcon 9 launch vehicle carrying 22 Starlink Internet satellites was carried out from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

Falcon 9 first stage It returned to Earth approximately 8.5 minutes after launch. It made a vertical landing on the Of Course I Still Love You drone platform in the Pacific Ocean.

Later company approved Placing Internet satellites into low Earth orbit.
Today’s launch was Falcon 9’s 32nd mission in 2024 and the 21st mission dedicated to the creation of the Starlink megaconstellation. To date, SpaceX has launched 6,100 Starlink satellites into space. Of these, 5,633 are currently operating in low Earth orbit.
As Ukrinform reported, at the end of March, SpaceX successfully launched two Falcon 9 rockets from its spaceport in Florida. The interval between launches was less than four hours.
