Chromebooks today are a a real and reliable alternative to personal computers with Windows and Apple Mac in almost all areas of use. Improvements since the launch of the platform have been significant in both the system and applications as well as the hardware, with the range ranging from the most basic laptops to those focused on gaming.

The second of the new Chromebooks is HP Chromebook Plus 14, with similar features to the previous one, but in a notebook format. It has a 14-inch IPS screen with native FHD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels), the same Core i3-N305 processor, memory and storage. Its price is 529 dollars.
The other two introduced models are HP Chromebook 14 and HP Chromebook x360 14. The first has a 14-inch screen, but with a native HD resolution (1366 x 768 pixels), an Intel N100/N200 processor, 4 or 8 GB of LPDDR5 memory and storage from 64 GB. They have the same connectivity features as their older ‘Plus’ brothers, a 720p webcam and a 47 Wh battery.
The x360 version is the equivalent in convertible format and has the same specs. With the latest version of Chrome OS pre-installed and Google benefits of free cloud storage and extended support of up to 10 years, the prices are $299 (laptop) and $399 (convertible). They will be available in different colors.
A good range of Chromebooks for formats and the mid and entry levels of Google’s PC platform. They will be available on HP’s web portal and retail channel this spring.
