Hamas accuses Netanyahu of ‘dragging out’ negotiations to buy time

The Islamic Resistance Movement (HAMAS) assured that Dialogues with Israel find themselves in a “vicious circle” due to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahuwho intends only to “buy time” and “absorb the anger” of the families of the hostages by showing “false interest” in the negotiations.

“After the last Cairo round, the occupation continues to evade legal requirements our people for a comprehensive ceasefire, their withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, the return of displaced persons and a genuine exchange of prisoners,” explained Osama Hamdan, a senior Hamas official, the Gaza newspaper reported. Felestin.

Netanyahu continues to put obstacles in the way of reaching an agreement and is not interested in the release of Israeli prisoners. “Everywhere it became clear that he and his Nazi government were trying to buy time and absorb the anger of the prisoners’ families by showing false interest in continuing negotiations,” Hamdan said.

Hamdan assured that Hamas has been flexible in the negotiations and has shown only an unwavering position regarding what they consider to be the “legitimate” demands of the Palestinians, such as ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, unrestricted flow of humanitarian aid and withdrawal of the Israeli army territory of Gaza.

Netanyahu’s stubbornness, Hamas claims, is a response to his failure to achieve the aspirations he set for himself when he launched a bloody military campaign in the Palestinian enclave, of which more than 33,000 deaths in six months.

“Criminal Netanyahu, his Nazi military government and his cowardly army are drowning in the sands of Gaza, staggering in the stagnant quagmire into which they have driven themselves. They have failed to achieve their goals and will not,” Hamdan said, noting Palestinian “patience and resistance.”

Hamdan too rejected information about alleged torture and rape that the hostages would have suffered condemned “atrocious crimes” which Israeli troops committed during their operation around Al Shifa Hospitalone of the largest in the enclave.

“How can this world with all its laws, treaties and justice system co-exist with a dishonest and corrupt entity that flouts all laws and acts as if it is above all responsibility,” Hamdan stressed, asking the question of “an international official who remains silent” o Siege of Al-Shifa.
