You can see in the screenshots that the minimum is 1 GB. In this case the maximum is 16GB because that’s how much the computer running Edge had. At the same time, Microsoft warns that limiting the browser to a minimum amount of RAM may affect the browser’s speed. Of course, to have a negative impact.
This feature is currently being tested in Canary versions of Edge, but it is not yet clear when it will appear in the final version.
