Elon Musk’s social network X has opened access to xAI’s Grok chatbot to premium subscribers.
This was reported by Tech Crunch, Ukrinform reported.
The company said on its support page that only Premium and Premium+ users in certain regions will be able to interact with the chatbot.
Users can interact with Grok in “normal mode” or “fun mode”. Grok, like other Large Language Model (LLM) products, flags that the chatbot may give incorrect answers.
After Musk’s company xAI announced Grok last year, the chatbot became available to Premium+ users who paid $16 per month or $168 per year for the subscription. With the latest update, users who pay $8 per month can access the chatbot.
Earlier this week, X launched a new review on Grok in which a chatbot summarizes trending news.
In total, X Premium has three levels: Basic, Premium and Premium+.
As reported by Ukrinform, Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence startup xAI announced that they will soon launch an improved version of their Grok chatbot.
