Audio company Epos introduces IMPACT 700, a new product line that the company says meets the audio needs of contact center professionals. The latest addition to the portfolio is a wired on-ear USB headset range. With ultimate comfort, noise cancellation and crystal clear sound, you have full control over how you have a high quality phone conversation. Epos also exclusively offers an extended warranty of up to three years. The headset is available now and has a recommended retail price of 149 euros.

Epos took into account all the needs of employees in a contact center when designing its new IMPACT 700 line. Contact center professionals conduct telephone conversations with customers every day. Therefore, it is important to be able to communicate clearly in such a busy environment.

IMPACT 700 offers passive noise cancellation with ActiveGard, which prevents loud noise spikes and supports compliance with noise regulations in the workplace. This protects the user’s hearing from long-term noise exposure. Even long calls require a comfortable headset. That’s why Epos made the IMPACT 700 headset lightweight and equipped with extra large and soft, breathable ear cushions.

Clear conversations

The 8,000+ parameters in three beamforming microphones control advanced algorithms based on 2nd generation Epos AI every 4th millisecond with noise reduction filters. The result is a clear and natural sound.

Additionally, this headset offers user-friendly features to efficiently answer phone calls, mute the microphone or change the volume using an ergonomically placed controller. Finally, the 360-degree light signals to other users when you do not want to be disturbed.
