And while it may seem like a simple name change at first glance, it actually reveals more information about what to expect and when to expect it. But before we get down to it, remember that we are not talking about official information (although the media confirms that it comes from “the inside”), so we have to take it with a grain of salt.

The first thing this information tells us is something we already expected, and that Pixel Fold 2 The Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold will not debut a year after its predecessor, at the already close Google I/O 2024, but rather we will have to wait for the presentation of Google Pixel 9, which we hope will take place in early October.
