After a new corporate identity, the strategic merger of Cavere, Netflow and Netropolix now also has a name: NTX.

The IT companies Cavere, Netflow and Netropolix joined forces in a strategic merger in December 2022. A new corporate identity and the joint stress-free working concept soon followed, but after a year and a half, the companies are now introducing their new name as the icing on the cake: NTX.

Fusion gets a name

“The decision to now go public with just one name was inspired by a profound pursuit of synergy and optimization within our group,” says Koen Vanlommel, one of the three managing directors. “Ultimately, the merger is about more than just combining names. We wanted to create a common identity that reflects the strength of each company within the group. The new name is now the icing on the cake.”

With a new name comes a new logo. As early as April 2023, the three companies created a uniform corporate identity and a new logo, and now a new name follows: NTX. “Each unit still operated under its own name,” explains Wim Jacobs. “That’s changing now. In addition to the new corporate identity and the new logo, there will also be our new name.”

Stress-free work

NTX stands for stress-free work and was introduced shortly after the merger. Koen Vanlommel says: “It is not only aimed at our customers, it is first and foremost a guiding philosophy for our entire team. It allows us to work together on challenging projects, supported by a culture of excellence and innovation. This is the approach that defines NTX and sets us apart from the market. It’s not just about IT, but about the experience of our employees on the one hand and our customers’ users on the other.”
