Until now, electric cars were a luxury that few could afford. From now on, having an electric vehicle in Colombia becomes a reality thanks to JMEV, the JMC electric vehicle brand recently included in the Astara Colombia portfolio. This hatchback offers a range of up to 200 km from a 15.86 kW lithium ferrophosphate battery, which can be easily charged at home thanks to an optional charger that plugs into a 110 or 220 V outlet and takes between 6 and 10 hours. for charging from 0% to 80% of battery capacity. And its 26 horsepower electric motor generates 85 Nm of torque, which is ideal for daily use in the city.

JMEV will also bring the GSE electric sedan to Colombia. This luxury D-size sedan offers a range of over 400 km in Comfort version and a price of $146,990,000.
