In addition to fixing bugs, this build brings some improvements to the Microsoft Store, such as faster browsing.

According to Microsoft’s announcement, users of Windows 11 build 25131 will receive an update to the Microsoft Store (version 22205.1401.3.0), which introduces several improvements. The first of these is built-in support for ARM64 architecture. This means that PC users with processors based on this architecture will notice a performance increase when working with the store, since the need for emulation is eliminated in the new version.

In addition, version 22205.1401.3.0 of the Microsoft Store brings some improvements to the automatic app update mechanism. If an application with an update is open, it will not be updated automatically so that, for example, the user does not lose some information. Later, he can update the application manually.

In supported regions, Android app users on Windows 11 will now receive a notification if they discover a free Android app is available in the Microsoft Store while browsing the web. The notification will include the option for the user to install the application if they wish.

As mentioned at the beginning of the post, Windows 11 build 25131 contains fixes for several bugs. The list includes one that affects PCs with AMD processors and causes the installation of a new OS build to fail and revert to the previous build (this can happen if SVM mode is enabled in the BIOS), another that causes upgrade to new builds to fail if the PC has more than one user account, and one of them causes File Explorer to crash when the user accesses a folder containing too many .mkv video files. In terms of known issues in this build, the list includes one that causes users of Surface Pro X laptops in sleep mode to have to hold down the power button to resume using the device, and another that causes the option to shut down the PC. the menu does not work properly on some PCs, one of which causes certain applications to be displayed in full screen to prevent subtitles created with the live subtitle feature from being displayed, one of which causes games that use Easy Anti-Cheat to crash, or crashes, and the other causes certain apps that are located at the top of the screen and close when you run the Live Subtitles feature to reopen.
