Windows 11, Windows 10 or something else? ITdaily surveys the preferred PC operating system among IT professionals.

Anyone who has been following our surveys for a while will notice that we asked our readers this question exactly a year ago. Then Windows 11 emerged as the winner, but it turned out that almost one in three IT professionals stayed with Windows 10. Even despite the end of support, Windows 7 and 8.1 had not completely disappeared from our IT landscape.

A lot has changed in Windows 11 over the past year. With Copilot, Windows has got its own AI assistant. Microsoft is increasingly subtly luring users to Windows 11. And what about macOS and the Linux distributions?
