According to the source, Mate 40 smartphones disappeared from the range of the official Huawei online store and absolutely all versions – Mate 40, Mate 40 Pro, Mate 40E, Mate 40 RS Porsche Design and others. There are still devices for sale in third-party online stores, but obviously not for long – until everything is sold out.

It is not available in the official store and on the new Mate 30 – only devices that were in use and returned to factory conditions. The same goes for the Mate 20. As a result, the Mate series is now available in the official Huawei online store with only two models – the sophisticated Mate X2 and Mate Xs 2.

But I hope it won’t take long. Earlier, the company has officially confirmed the launch of the Mate 50, so we look forward to its new flagship and potentially the best camera phone of 2022. Initially, the premiere of the line was expected in May-June, then it was “postponed” to July, and now the announcement of the Mate 50 in August.

According to rumors, the devices will use the current flagship SoC Qualcomm, but without 5G support (i.e. Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 4G or Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 4G or a combination of different models in the series), OLED by BOE with 120 Hz staff and HarmonyOS 3.0 produced screens.
