Supreme Court of Brazil on Tuesday overturned the regional court’s decisions against Marcelo Odebrecht for which he was convicted of corruption under Operation Lava Jato, official sources said.

Last September the same judge canceled all evidence obtained under cooperation agreements with the construction company Odebrecht, which targeted several politicians and businessmen from Brazil and other countries in the so-called Operation Lava Jato.
