The deputy minister announced that the work was carried out jointly with the General Staff.

Rustam Umerov’s deputy added that the project is part of a larger system where the ministry’s IT experts are currently working to launch the Army+ system, where reports will be electronic.

Stanislav Heyder assured that they received almost 90% of positive reviews.

“If we talk about the suggestions we heard, the soldiers said what else they would like to change in the reports. Some soldiers said: “Let’s change the reporting system and make it more innovative in places where there is no need to write reports. It will automatically generate a report just to determine exactly what needs to be picked with points, the official said. And that’s exactly what we’re working on right now,” the official explained.

The deputy defense minister assured that the system has absolutely typical protection, since the soldier is not registered there. It just goes in and downloads the information it needs.

Briefly about the “Military Assistant” system

• At the beginning of April, the Ministry of Defense announced the launch of the “Military Assistant” online platform created specifically for military personnel.
• There were templates for the military, from taking leave to being discharged from service. They are designed to minimize errors and delays in document approval, as well as ensure effective protection of military rights.
• Documents in “Military Assistant” can be downloaded in doc, docx and pdf formats.
