SoSafe is launching two new solutions, including a Human Risk OS to mitigate human cyber risks and an AI chatbot called Sofie to assist security professionals.
SoSafe has launched a new Human Risk Operating System (Human Risk OS) to help organizations identify, monitor and reduce human cyber risks. The company is also introducing Sofie, an AI-enabled multi-channel bot. The new solutions were presented at a product launch on May 23 in Cologne.
The Human Risk OS integrates all SoSafe applications into one platform. The system supports security teams with a holistic approach to human risk management. Real-time detection and analysis of human behavior enables proactive measures to be taken to prevent cyber incidents.
Niklas Hellenmann, CEO of SoSafe, emphasizes that traditional cyber programs often fall short in today’s dynamic cyber landscape. The new operating system offers three core elements:
- Indicators of human behavior: These reflect digital activities and cybersecurity culture, both at individual and group level.
- Human Security Index: This index processes the behavioral indicators and combines them with information such as seniority and digital access, creating an overview of security performance.
- Intervention Center: This hub proposes strategies to reduce human cyber risks through behavioral changes.
Meet Sofie
Sofie is an AI-enabled bot that reduces human risk in cybersecurity. The bot analyzes behavior, situations and compliance and can be individually programmed thanks to the Large Advanced Language Models on which Sofie is based. Therefore, Sofie offers security professionals the right support and tools.
Ilona Simpson, CIO and Executive Advisor at SoSafe, explains that Sofie makes cybersecurity part of her daily work. By leveraging behavioral data and new technologies, SoSafe simplifies complex security issues. The focus on automation and efficiency saves time and improves overall security.
