With these three hacks, you don’t need to save new phone numbers in your contact list to send a WhatsApp message.
In WhatsApp, when you want to send a message to a phone number that is not in your contact list, WhatsApp will ask you to save that number as a contact first. This extra step can be annoying if you have to send a lot of numbers for work, for example. Fortunately, there are three ways to bypass this step and send a message to an unsaved number immediately.
A first method is to start a chat with yourself. You enter the number you want to send a message to in that conversation. Then click again on the number that has turned blue and select Chat withso that a new chat opens.
A second way to send a message without saving the phone number is to create a WhatsApp link: wa.me link. You continue to do this https://wa.me/ For example, in a web browser, enter followed by the phone number https://wa.me/1234567890A WhatsApp website will then appear with a green button chat further. For this feature to work, it is important that you add the country code to the phone number.
Finally, you can also easily send to a phone number if it belongs to a WhatsApp group conversation. Click on the number in the WhatsApp group and select the option NewsA new chat window will then open automatically.
Using the three detours mentioned above, you can send a message to a phone number relatively quickly without saving it in your contacts.
