HP is expanding its Poly range with new video and collaboration solutions with the aim of making hybrid video conferencing more efficient and intelligent.
HP announces the next generation of Poly video and collaboration solutions: Poly Studio Base Kit G9 Plus and Poly Studio G62. These solutions offer hybrid workers the ability to have smarter, more flexible video meetings that adapt seamlessly to the room. In addition, HP will launch Poly VideoOS software in June and Poly Lens support will now also work with Zoom Device Management to provide detailed information about the status of a meeting room.
From small to large meetings, at home or in the office, this latest HP meeting room solution delivers beautiful, clear images to every worker with AI-powered video and audio. Designed specifically for Microsoft Teams rooms and developed by HP’s desktop computing and collaboration teams, the Poly Studio Base Kit G9 Plus includes the new HP Mini IP PC G9 and the Poly TC10 controller, which connects directly to the PC with a simple Power over Ethernet (PoE) connection.
The Poly Studio Base Kit G9 Plus can be combined with Poly cameras and other peripherals to suit the size and type of meeting room you are in. With select Poly devices like the Poly Studio V52 video bar connected to the HP Mini IP PC, you can take advantage of useful AI features like Poly DirectorAI Perimeter, NoiseBlockAI and Sound Reflection Reduction so every participant can be clearly seen and heard wherever they are.
The Poly Studio G62 is a video system that is easy to install and fits seamlessly into large and small spaces. The video system is modular and can be combined with various devices such as cameras, microphones and controllers. This can be useful in meeting rooms, classrooms, but also in flexible workplaces. The Poly Studio G62 is expected at the end of June 2024.
With the upcoming release of Poly VideoOS 4.3 software, Poly TC8 or TC10 can be used as advanced room controllers. By combining with Poly Studio, Poly VideoOS software is expected in June 2024.
Additionally, the new Poly Lens supports the Poly Studio G62 and Poly Studio Base Kit G9 Plus, allowing IT teams to remotely manage Poly devices from a single dashboard. Poly Lens also now works with Zoom Device Management (ZDM) and provides detailed information about the status of meeting rooms. Poly Lens support is now available.
