At work ChatGPTA popular AI-based chatbot crashed and many users reported that they were unable to open the service. Login to the system does not work, sending requests to the chatbot does not work and the chatbot does not respond. The reasons for the failure are currently unknown.

Users of social network X are complaining en masse ChatGPT not working. In some cases, the chatbot interface is not fully loaded and when you try to send a message to it, a message about an expired login error is displayed. Even after logging in, the chatbot does not load and the error cycle repeats.

DownDetector, a web services crash monitoring service, shows that OpenAI resource access issues are being observed worldwide. ChatGPT’s status page confirms that the service is unavailable for some users and that the reasons for the failure are being worked on – right there it states that ChatGPT uptime has been 99.67% over the last 90 days.

The reasons for ChatGPT’s failure are still unknown. They could be caused by a sudden increase in traffic or another problem. It is not known how long the service outage will last.
