Toyota has announced huge discounts on the Toyota Camry in China – making the car nearly 20% cheaper. The discount for the all-gasoline version is $4,150, and for the hybrid it’s almost $4,500. And this despite the fact that sales of the 9th generation Camry in China started in March this year.

As a result, taking into account discounts, the price of the gasoline Camry dropped to $ 19,300 and the price of the hybrid dropped to $ 20,700. There is no official explanation why such discounts were introduced after only two months of sales, but Camry initially could not boast of high demand: about 5 thousand orders were collected in the first month, while many new Chinese products were collected in 2019. within a week or even a few days.
