Tech giant IBM is finally leaving the Russian market and laying off employees. This was announced on Telegram by Ukraine’s Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, as reported
This was announced on Telegram by Ukraine’s Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, as reported by Ukrinform.
“Let me remind you that the company condemned the Russian invasion of Ukraine in March and suspended work, but continues to financially support hundreds of its employees. However, most of them are now unemployed,” Fedorov said.
According to him, every day thousands of citizens of the aggressor country lose their jobs due to the senseless actions of their government that they still cannot stop.
“Leading tech companies continue to leave Russia, leaving it to its own anger, ignorance and despair,” the minister said.
As Ukrinform reports, technology company Hewlett Packard Enterprise is officially leaving the Russian Federation and Belarus.
