Although it’s a design that can’t be said for anything but (aesthetically, it’s sleek and attractive), the same can’t be said for the control system at least. confusing and even erratic. The bass is well-defined and deep, the mids and highs are detailed, the dynamic range is more than acceptable, and generally all music has body and takes its proper place. While we’re not big fans of surround sound, it’s fair to say that it’s handled very well here, and it’s impressive to hear how albums that make intelligent use of it can produce a truly immersive feel.
