During WWDC 2024, Apple announced the latest version of the macOS Sequoia operating system. With macOS Sequoia, you can seamlessly connect your iPhone to your Mac, you have access to various AI features with Apple Intelligence, and highlights in Safari help you find information even faster. The developer beta for macOS Sequoia is available today, with public betas following in July. The full version will be available in fall 2024.
The latest version of the macOS Sequoia operating system primarily offers Apple Intelligence that includes many AI features. These intelligent tools work across the Apple ecosystem and take into account the user’s personal context. Apple Intelligence is expected to be available with the Sequoia beta this summer and requires an M1 or newer processor.
As expected, there will also be a dedicated password manager for iOS and macOS. This app can store many new types of account information, such as Wi-Fi passwords, passcodes, verification codes, and shared passwords. It will be available on iOS, iPad, Mac, and VisionOS.
