The process is very simple, but it differs depending on whether you intend to use the key on a new installation of Windows 11 or on one that is already running.

In the first case, just start the installation and follow the instructions of the wizard until you get to the section where you will be asked for the specified password. Enter it, continue the process, and once done, your copy of Windows 11 will be activated and ready to use.
