Chairman Volodymyr Zelensky recommends that IT companies establish joint service centers and R&D centers in Ukraine and move their headquarters to our country.

Ukrinform stated this during Dragon Capital’s Ukraine Virtual Investor Conference, citing the OP’s press service.

Ukraine is an IT sector with one of the most favorable laws in the world – a special legislative regime “City of Action”. And I propose to move the headquarters of IT companies to Ukraine, create joint service centers and R&D centers, “he said.

He also emphasized that Ukraine is a “digitalization space” that brings simplicity and transparency to all kinds of relations between people and state, company and state.

“This is something you won’t find in most countries today,” the president told potential investors.

As reported, an IT cluster officially started operating in Zakarpattia in May, with 11 IT companies joining the cluster’s board of directors.
