AOC GAMING C27G2Z3 is a new design of the AGON brand from AOC specialized in gaming monitors. The model in question is designed to satisfy both competitive players (for performance) and casual players. because the selling price is very attractive.

Not everyone needs OLED, ultra-panoramic, 4K or large diagonal monitors, as spectacular as they are expensive. It is competitive games that look for more “normal” models, but with specific functions that come from a screen that is as fast as possible. Until now, TN panels were used, with low image quality, but very fast.

AOC GAMING C27G2Z3 mounts the panel ‘Fast VA’ also with good features but better image quality than TN, viewing angles and curved panels to get immersion. It offers a diagonal of 27 inches, a native resolution of FHD for 1920 x 1080 pixels and a curvature of 1500R. It is HDR10 compatible and has a contrast ratio of 4,000:1.

Its gaming properties come from the refresh rate 280 Hz and a GtG response time of 1 ms. For an even smoother experience, the C27G2Z3/BK features an MBR (motion blur reduction) setting that uses strobe backlighting to reduce film response time to 0.5ms.

The monitor supports Adaptive-Sync image synchronization technology, which synchronizes the monitor’s refresh rate with the GPU output for a smooth, stutter-free gaming experience. This technology is compatible with NVIDIA, AMD and Intel graphics cards.

C27G2Z3/BK has a adjustable support for height, tilt and swivel, helping users find the perfect viewing angle for their setup, while thin bezels would eventually enable multi-monitor systems. It has DisplayPort and HDMI video inputs and VESA support for wall mounting.

The AOC GAMING C27G2Z3 will be available at the end of this month of June at retail price 239 euros.
