Instagram has announced a new feature that will allow you to pin videos alongside your favorite posts. The new feature allows you to highlight your favorite messages at the top of the profile bar. The company started testing this feature in April, and it’s finally available to all pending users.

For those who do not know, the opportunity to catch favorite stories has long existed. But it was impossible to do the same with poles or drums. That changes now with the new grid stabilization option available to everyone, users can now add up to three photos or videos to their photo grid.

If you want to add a photo or video, simply click the three-dot button that appears above the post and select “add to your profile”. While this may seem unnecessary, it is a convenient way to highlight your favorite messages, especially if they are hidden under your profile feed. To be honest, writers who often post a lot of content find this helpful.

To make things even better, pinned messages will occupy the first row with recently uploaded photos and videos displayed below them.
