During the presentation, the company announced new features of Windows 11. In particular, an updated program “Explorer” was introduced, which received the function of fast tab navigation. Also, a new home page has been added with shortcuts and folders for quick access.

The Intelligent Application Control service allows you to restrict malicious programs from running by running only programs with encryption signatures. According to representatives of the company, the option will be able to effectively detect infected programs and combat phishing.

New video communication features were introduced during the event. Yes, Audio Focus automatically eliminates extraneous noise when making a video call. Also, Windows 11 has auto crop and background blur. In addition, the eye contact function with artificial intelligence will show the user’s point of view to the addressee.

The company said the new video features will work on Microsoft-branded programs and only with a neural chip. First of all, the new features will be available on computers based on the Qualcomm 8cx Gen 3 processor. Other features will appear in future updates to Windows 11.
