The Bolivian government has rejected claims that the mobilization of soldiers, allegedly led by former commander Juan José Zúñiga, was carried out under the administration of President Luis Arce.

It was the Bolivian Foreign Ministry that presented the concept Independent coup d’état about this question. Moreover, in its statement, the Bolivian agency linked Grupo Pueblo to former President Evo Morales:

What did the Puebla group say about this?

The organization condemned the attempt by soldiers allegedly commanded by General Juan José Zúñiga Macias to “stop and prevent a possible attack.” Evo Morales candidacy in the next presidential elections in 2025.”

This announcement was made at 11:15 am, when the crisis had not yet escalated.

Grupo Puebla did not talk about Coup d’etat or auto-coup, which is what the Bolivian government did a few hours later. Here is his statement this morning:
