The Proximus Group will consolidate all IT activities for the corporate division under the new Proximus NXT IT unit. This new organization does not change the nature of Proximus NXT, Proximus’ B2B brand.
From 1 July, the Proximus Group will consolidate all IT activities for corporate customers under the new IT division Proximus NXT. The company aims to design tailor-made IT solutions to meet the needs of companies even faster. Proximus NXT IT thus strengthens the Proximus NXT offer, which remains Proximus’ B2B brand in the Benelux.
New entity
Companies have increasing IT needs and the need for support in the areas of cybersecurity, cloud and artificial intelligence is increasing sharply. To respond to this, the Proximus Group has created a separate unit that focuses exclusively on corporate customers.
The IT activities for the B2B market will be transferred to the new unit Proximus NXT IT, headed by Anne-Sophie Lotgering. The telecommunications activities and service platforms will be managed by the parent company. The two companies will work closely together to provide integrated solutions for the entire corporate market.
“The new organization does not change the essence of Proximus NXT, which remains our B2B brand. More than ever, we want to support companies in their digital transformation by combining our internal expertise with that of our partners in both the telecommunications and IT sectors,” says Anne-Sophie Lotgering, Enterprise Market Lead at Proximus NXT IT.
IT-oriented approach
The branch brings together all IT activities for B2B customers under one roof, enabling a 100% IT-focused approach. The establishment of Proximus NXT IT encompasses everything you would expect from a real IT company in terms of tools, processes and mentality.
“Thanks to this new market development, we can rely fully on our subsidiary Proximus NXT IT to develop and implement innovative IT solutions and services that are perfectly tailored to the needs of our business customers,” said Lotgering.
