The decision, published in the Government Gazette, states the following:

China additional customs duty exemption

ARTICLE 1- The following sentence has been added to footnote number (18) in Article 1 of the Decree amending the Decree establishing additional customs duties on imports, annexed to the Presidential Decree No. 8639 of 6-7-2024.
“Additional financial liability within the scope of this footnote shall not apply to imports made by benefiting from customs duty exemption within the scope of the investment incentive certificate.”

ARTICLE 2- This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its publication.

ARTICLE 3- The Minister of Trade shall implement the provisions of this Decree.
