British police have arrested the main suspect in the death of the wife and daughters of a well-known British television journalist BBC John Huntwho were attacked by a man armed with a crossbow.

The commentator’s wife and his two daughters, aged 61, 28 and 25, died in the attack at the house in Ashlyn Close, Bushey, Hertfordshire, at around 7pm on Tuesday.

Security officials indicated that the main suspect is 26 years old.

Superintendent John Simpson explained at a press conference that “the necessary police resources” were being deployed to deal with the situation and capture Kyle Clifford.

The BBC itself reported on the arrest of the main suspect, who was found in a cemetery in north London.

According to initial reports, the man was injured. The police do not know the cause of his injuries.

Police reports indicate the assailant entered the home, tied up three women and shot them with a crossbow.
