Are You a Racist, Do You Hate Mexicans?: This Is How Trump’s Candidate Campaigned

US Vice Presidential candidate J.D. Vance campaigned in the Senate on Donald Trump’s platform.

In a video filmed two years ago, the Republican chosen to be Donald Trump’s vice-presidential running mate asked his followers if they were racist or hated Mexicans.

Vance concluded his message by declaring that no matter what they call themselves, they will change the face of the nation.

Candidate for President and Vice President

Donald Trump was officially elected on Monday as the Republican Party’s nominee for the November 5 presidential election after receiving the support of an overwhelming majority of the 2,500 delegates gathered in Milwaukee for the Republican National Convention.

“In accordance with Rule 40D of the Republican Constitution, I hereby declare President Donald Trump and J.D. Vance the Republican nominees for President and Vice President of the United States,” said Michael Whatley.

State delegations pledged their support one after another during the convention. Florida’s intervention guaranteed Trump the votes he needed to become the nominee.

The Florida delegation’s press secretary was Eric Trump, the son of the virtual Republican candidate. Eric Trump was flanked by Tiffany Trump and Donald Trump Jr.

Thus, the Republican delegates lived up to the predictions, as an estimated 2,268 votes will go to Donald Trump, turning the convention into a mere formality.

The event also marked Trump’s announcement that he was choosing Ohio Senator J.D. Vance as his running mate. Trump revealed his choice in a post on his social media platform, Truth Social.

Shortly after Trump’s announcement on his social media account, Vance appeared before the Republican National Convention and, at the request of the Ohio delegation, a motion was approved to elect him as the vice presidential nominee by endorsement.
