Chinese pioneer iFlytek has officially introduced the latest version of its large language model Spark-Desk V4.0 as a demonstration of AI leadership. This model, the company claims, matches the performance of the renowned GPT-4 Turbo and achieved first place in eight major international test sets. This launch took place at two major events: a press conference in Beijing and the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Shanghai at the end of June 2024.

During a press conference in Beijing, iFlytek President Liu Qingfeng highlighted the Spark V4.0’s significant advances in key areas. The model surpassed not only domestic competitors, but even GPT-4 Turbo in aspects such as text generation, language comprehension, knowledge questions and answers, logical reasoning and mathematical skills. This is an important milestone in the international competition for supremacy in natural language processing technologies.

For optimize business processes, iFlytek introduced three innovative AI solutions: Spark Contract Assistant, Spark Intelligent Bidding Evaluation and Spark Intelligent Coaching System. These tools are designed to improve contract management, bid evaluation efficiency and employee training through automation and intelligence.

Spark Contract Assistant is a clear example of technological progress in contract management. Using the “machine pre-check + manual verification” model, this tool reduced contract review time from 30 minutes to just 5 minutes, increasing efficiency sixfold. This improvement not only optimizes processing time, but also reduces the scope for human error and ensures greater accuracy and reliability.

In addition, iFlytek launched SparkDash and SparkInsight tools to further improve business operations. SparkDash enables secure and efficient integration of enterprise data, facilitating analysis from multiple dimensions and providing valuable market insights.
