He GIGABYTE C500 Panoramic Stealth chassis From an old school perspective (at least in my case) this is what we would have needed two decades ago or more. And many of my generation remember that it was fairly common to open a computer for whatever reason and “forget” to close it again after completing a pending task, so that for days, weeks, or maybe even months, the inside of the device was completely visible. This was not recommended as it facilitated the entry of foreign bodies and substantially reduced the effectiveness of the ventilation flow inside.
The arrival of the first chassis with glass sides or other transparent materials marked a before and after, because it was finally possible enjoy glimpses into the inside of your computer without compromising its security. Now, since its front usually faces the user’s position, the side is not so visible to see the interior whenever we look at the chassis. And that’s where designs like this GIGABYTE C500 Panoramic Stealth go one step further.
As you can see in the pictures, we are facing this chassis, where the front and right sides are made of tempered glass, which allows us to enjoy both the layout of the components and their LED lighting, which is even more advantageous if the motherboard or any component integrates a digital screen. In addition, thanks to the design of the chassis, the glass has no perforations, which not only improves its aesthetics, but is also safer against impacts and other eventualities.

This is assembled with a design in which the top, bottom and part of the left side panel have large grilles to facilitate entry and exit, managed by four pre-installed 120mm ARGB fans located on the side and rear of the case. And if we need more, it has anchor points for up to 10 fans.
With regard to its compatibility, it allows the installation of motherboards of the above formats, CPU coolers up to 176 mm high, graphics cards up to 410 mm long (which can be mounted horizontally and vertically) and power supplies up to 200 mm long. In terms of ventilation, in addition to the aforementioned max 10 fans, it can accommodate up to 360mm radiators on both the side and top, as well as a 140mm radiator at the back, and if we’re talking about cooling unit storage, it offers space for up to three 2.5″ SSD or up to two 3.5″ HDDs. And both for them and for the other components, it has fastening systems that make assembly much easier.
