The FAW Toyota joint venture has begun mass production of the new Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 250 SUV. The first deliveries of commercial vehicles are scheduled for August this year. You can expect the Prado 250 from China to appear in Russia in the fall. Currently, cars are mainly supplied from the United States.
The pre-sale price of the Land Cruiser Prado 250 ranges from $63.3k to $75.6k in China. Retail prices may be lower.
The car is painted in four colors: bronze, gray, white and black. The car has two “faces”: the basic version with round headlights stylized as classic Land Cruisers of the 70s, and more expensive versions with rectangular headlights. The basic version is equipped with an automatic folding, electrically adjustable and heated rear-view mirror, a digital instrument cluster with a 7-inch display, a media system with a 10.25-inch screen. The top version has two screens with a diagonal of 12.3 inches.
The dimensions of the SUV are 4925x1940x1910 mm, the wheelbase is 2850 mm. The hybrid power plant based on a 2.4-liter gasoline turbo engine produces 330 liters and is combined with an 8-speed “automatic” and an all-wheel drive system.
