The area, identified as Plot 0106 in Block YZ00-0606, was sold for approximately 842 million RMB (about 166 million euros), corresponding to the initial reserve price.

The new acquisition is located on the east side of Xiaomi’s automotive factory and is intended to be used for the construction of the second phase of the same factory. The transfer document states that the land has a surface area of ​​531,100 square meters and a non-superior building control scale of 690,500 square meters, and is intended for industrial use. The total term of the transfer is 50 years.
The area is located in the leading manufacturing production area, and according to the needs of regional industrial agriculture, it is planned to develop high-end automotive industries and intelligent new energy vehicles. The zoning plan envisages a total construction area of ​​​​approximately 400,000 square meters, including 391,500 square meters above ground and 8,503.33 square meters underground. The building surface ratio is 0.74, the maximum building height is 15.95 meters, the investment rate is 15.04%, and there are a total of 1,009 parking spaces for motor vehicles.
The bid document shows that the industrial land is for the construction of projects for the production and replacement of part of new energy-based intelligent vehicles, with an immobilization investment of at least 2.6 billion yuan and an annual production value of at least 2.6 billion yuan. Piena capacity is 16 billion yuan.
