For this, a fully automatic production line was used, in which 447 robots were employed, which, among other things, carried out intelligent quality control. Therefore, Jaeco J5 It meets all the important indicators, such as the strength of the welds and the accuracy of the fit of the parts, which creates a reliable basis for the assembly of the conveyor.

BIW is the most important part of the car production cycle. It requires the largest investment and involves significant time costs. In the BIW stage, all the sheet metal parts of the car are welded together to form the framework of the main components such as the engine and suspension. In addition, the safety of the future model is also laid at this stage, which only emphasizes its importance.
