Ubiquiti is launching a new 25 Gigabit gateway that allows you to connect more than 500 UniFi devices. There are two hot-swappable power supplies on the back for redundancy.
Ubiquiti is expanding its UniFi offering with a powerful 25 Gigabit gateway. The device has space for two 25G ports, two 10G ports and two 2.5GbE ports. You can configure each as WAN or LAN.
On the back of the new gateway, in the full-fledged Ubiquiti Enterprise Fortress Gateway, you will find two 150-watt power supplies. These are hot-swappable, so your device will continue to work even if a power supply fails. The familiar small 1.3-inch touchscreen is back.
The device supports 12.5 Gbps routing with IDS/IPS. Shadow Mode High Availability lets you rely on automatic failover to a second device so you can always count on connectivity.
As with all other devices in the UniFi range, there are no license fees. You can configure more than 500 UniFi devices and more than 5,000 client devices on the gateway. The integrated firewall has a bandwidth of 23 Gbit/s.
The Ubiquiti Enterprise Fortress Gateway is available now and costs 1,889 euros excluding VAT. You can find more information about the product here.
