Organization of American States (OAS) reported that “in the current circumstances The results announced by the National Electoral Council (CNE), declaring Nicolás Maduro the winner of the presidential elections, cannot be recognized. on Sunday, July 28, in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.”
In its statement, the OAS commented:
