Polish-made Krab self-propelled artillery units are ready to perform combat missions at the front. This was announced by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov. The Minister noted that after February 24, the supply of weapons and ammunition, military and special equipment to the Ukrainian army has become an undisputed priority.

Krab tracked missiles delivered by Poland are now ready to perform combat missions on the front line. The Armed Forces of Ukraine also receive command vehicles for these self-propelled howitzers.

“I am pleased to announce that the Polish Krab SAU is ready to fulfill combat missions at the front. Oleksiy Reznikov is the 5th type 155 mm artillery that we managed to shoot, after the M777 and FH70 guns, the Ceasar and M109A3 anti-aircraft guns. According to the Minister, the Ministry of Defense has so far He supplied his forces with more than 150 155 mm artillery systems.

Stocks of bullets in this caliber are already 10% higher than stocks of Soviet-type large-caliber bullets as of February 24, 2022. It is stated that the effectiveness of these bullets is higher than the Soviet models, so their consumption is lower.

At the same time, more than 50 other caliber weapons were delivered to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
